WC Pool 2026 involves no real money, prizes, or wagering of any kind. It is a social prediction game for entertainment only. No purchase is required and no monetary reward is offered.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.
• One bracket per account. Creating multiple accounts to gain a competitive advantage is not permitted.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or another user's bracket.
• Use automated tools to submit or alter picks.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws.

Brackets and picks

All picks must be submitted before the published lockout deadline. After the deadline, brackets are frozen and cannot be changed. We reserve the right to disqualify picks that are submitted through unauthorized means or in violation of these terms.

Scores are calculated automatically based on official match results. In the event of a data error, we will make reasonable efforts to correct scores but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy.

Intellectual property

Team names, tournament names, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. WC Pool 2026 uses them for identification purposes only. We claim no affiliation with or endorsement by any rights holder.

Disclaimer of warranties

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free scoring, or any specific outcome. Use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WC Pool 2026 and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
